Who designs my Dashing Diva store? Do I need to hire an architect?

It’s actually a collaborative process that maximizes our experience and allows us to maintain a visually cohesive store look. And, yes, you will need to hire a local architect. Here’s basically how it works:

• Once your location has been approved by Dashing Diva’s corporate office, you provide us with a detailed drawing of the inside space (including very specific measurements).

• Then we give this drawing to our architect who draws up a floor plan that shows you how to best lay out/utilize your space (based on our past experience), and where to put all of the critical elements, including:

1. how many manicure tables (and where to put them)
2. where to put the pedicure station (and how many seats)
3. where to put the wall units, reception desk, storage area, etc.

• Along with the floor plan, we also provide you with a store build-out specifications book, which you can turn over to your local architect

• Your local architect will be responsible for developing the electrical plan, plumbing plan, ceiling plan and HVAC plan
