What does it typically cost to build a Dashing Diva store?

The cost of your store build-out depends on several different factors, including:

Geography
Construction costs (building materials, labor) vary widely throughout the country. Certain parts of the country are very expensive to build in. For more details, please review Item 7 of the UFOC.

Size of the store
The bigger the store, the more furniture, fixtures and equipment you’ll need. Larger stores also require more labor (e.g., plumbing, electrical, mechanical construction, etc.) and building supplies.

Cost of materials/furnishings used
In the spec book that we give you after you become a franchisee, you will find that for some elements of your store build-out (e.g., tiles, flooring, furniture) we have identified both a high-end and a more moderately-priced solution.

Costs per square foot could be as low as $75.00 and as high as $175.00, but these are only estimates. These costs will vary depending on geography.
