How long is my franchise fee good for?
The initial term of your franchise is for
a period of five years and commences on the date
that both parties sign the franchise agreement. Assuming
you have run your franchise according to our system, you
will have an option (120 days before the term expires) to
renew your franchise agreement for another 5-year period,
in exchange for payment of a renewal fee (which will be
calculated at 50% of the “then going rate” for
a Dashing Diva franchise).
Note: After the second 5-year period, you will again
be offered the same option to renew, under the same terms;
likewise after the third 5-year period.
