What type of training support does Dashing Diva
provide to its franchisees? Is the support ongoing?
We provide a total of 5 days of store
operations training for you and 2 people from your
staff at our Dashing Diva training facility prior to your
store opening. We also provide product and service training
for your nail technicians prior to opening.
You also receive, at the time you sign the Franchise Agreement,
a trio of Dashing Diva training materials: the Operations
Manual, Training Manual and Product Manual. Ongoing
support exists in the form of a formal training
video, which can be viewed as a supplementary tool,
as well as trouble-shooting consultations
and periodic store visits from Dashing
Diva headquarters staff.
