Do you need to approve my lease? Do you help me negotiate
with the landlord?
Yes, we do need to approve your lease.
It’s all part of our site approval process. We do
not get directly involved in your negotiations with the
landlord. However, we encourage you to use the
Dashing Diva web site (and the “Everybody’s
Talking” press clips books) as tools to help you distinguish
