Therefore, to avoid excessive air shipping handling costs, any purchase that includes nail enamel will only be shipped ground shipping service. Currently Dashing Diva only ships within the Continental U.S, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments must be shipped 2nd day air shipping service. Return Policy
